“I came for my birthday and brought my wife from California. We both loved it got the room with the outdoor jetted tub it was awesome. Beautiful grounds with room service and the restaurant was delicious with a great view of Monterrey. Would definitely come back and stay longer. The only bad experience was the first night with the reservations the lady we spoke to was dismissive and actually provided false information said there was no rooms when in fact I had already booked one and then I found out there was actually two rooms available. Other than. That every one was great and very attentive. The restaurant staff were awesome.”
“The place is an absolute getaway within the city! There was some animal droppings in the floor but it was very minimal it's to be expected when you are out in the wilderness. I got to see a puma on my hike, a very pleasant experience and stay. The pool was refreshing as were the rest of the amenities”
